“I have ordered twice from irresistible me with no luck of getting the right color. The first time around I asked for help with finding my color and was guided to a color that ended up being too dark. The second time around I tried to select the color myself and that turned out to be oddly too light, nothing close to as shown in photos. The whole process to request a return is ridiculous and should be easy accessible rather than needing to chat in and wait on someone to respond and the turn around time for a return is a little too long if you ask me.”
“Im a licensed hair stylist and I bought the clip in extensions for myself to see quality etc and the second I used a hot tool on it, it melted to my flat iron and balled up! Which means not all human hair. So extremely disappointed and sad I wasted a couple hundred on this.”
“The medium brown clip in hair extensions and pony tail didnt appear to be the chocolate brown color as advertised online in the photos provided. It definitely has a heavy red undertone with brassy blonde single hair strands interspersed throughout the hair weft. I imagine after one wash it would appear more on the brassy side as well, which is why I returned the product. If you have more of a cool chocolate brown hair color these extension would not be a good match.”
