“As soon as I took the extensions out of the box, I started brushing them and each strip loses hair. Not only does it fade but it also breaks. The quality of the hair is bad, there are a lot of broken ends, and it feels weak and thin (especially at the ends), like after having a chemical procedure or something similar. Also there are lots of color threads and glue residues.
The only positive thing was the color matching and the length. Other than that is not what I was expecting.”
“I ordered these with excitement because I have extremely bright platinum hair and I struggle to find extensions that are lifted blonde enough. WELL to my surprise these were not even close to platinum. the color looked more like the "honey blonde". The hair density was nice, but the quality was awful. it was like the hair thats swept off the floor quality. for over 300 dollars, I expected more, especially since thats more expensive than my favorite INH hair extensions. there was also random strands of black hair throughout the extensions that clearly werent meant to be in there. I didnt end up returning them because I had already opened them all and tried to fix them with a purple shampoo dip. they became ashy-er and are still considerably darker than my true platinum hair, but thank god my best friend is a blonde specialist and has agreed to help me brighten them. I can still wear them at night time when nobody can see how obvious the color difference is, but I cant wear them in natural daylight.
I wish there was more accurate photos of the TRUE color of the extensions, instead of these facetuned photos taken from models IG after theyve already toned or color treated the hair. the color of the extensions sent to me do not look anything like whats advertised on here. BE CAUTIOUS OF THAT BEFORE ORDERING.”

“I've been buying extensions from this site for YEARS. I will say it does seem like the quality has gone a little down over the years but these extensions are still really great for what you're paying for them. Let's be real, extensions are expensive and high maintenance and I think the quality really matches the price. I am still very happy with them and still plan to buy more from here in the future if the need is there. They blend really nicely and the color is also very rich and doesn't wash out like I have seen others do. All in all, happy with my purchase and I do like the product.”
