“The hair is good quality overall. Arrived quickly-fast shipping. I am happy with the color (its a great match) and the thickness of the main weft but the smaller wefts are a lot thinner than what I was expecting. I am not happy with their return policy because I had to remove the packaging just to see the hair length/individual wefts which then voided my ability to return the product”
“I was not impressed by the hair at all. It had lots of white and red threads in it, and it mats up so easy. I have to brush it several times a day. It also lost a lot of hair the first time I washed it.”
“I had high hopes for these extensions but they have turned to be prone to frizz, knotting, unraveling at the seam and even at temps below 320 (which is the recommended heat setting) the strands melt to my hot tool. I have washed them with gentle sulfate/parables etc free shampoo/conditioner maybe every ten or so wears, or when I use product. I also use salon grade hair treatment products and still encounter the issues above. I still wear the extensions but only for 1/2 up dos. The hair is also far more red than pictured. I purchased medium brown 14 clip-ins with extra volume.”
