“Decent value; fairly shallow hole; tough to use on difficult ground. It's reasonably good value. It's tough to use in claggy or stony ground. You need strong wrists. And of course you need to be on your hands and knees to use it. For big bulbs like daffs and tulips, I don't think it takes out a deep enough plug of soil but the width is OK.”
