Spear & Jackson bulb planter. I have never really got on with bulb planters; this one is ok(ish) but I still find it easier to use a slim trowel.

Bulb Planter. This arrived just in time to put to full in planting this autumn's bulbs. Just press into the soil and, in one easy movement, pull out and deposit the extracted soil by squeezing the handle. Easy to clean as well as the cutting edges are made od stinless steel.

A very useful tool to help with the transferance of bulbs. I needed to move many of my garden bulbs and this product has proved most helpful because it focuses on the area around the bulbs rather than having to dig out more soil than necessary this product also then replaces the soil extracted

bit flimsy. the bulb planter did the job, but bearing in mind the ground was wet it wasn't difficult, it felt very flimsy and had the ground been hard I'm not sure it would have worked at all. It has now been relegated to the back of the shed, I will probably stick to using a trowel in future.

Handy Tool. I always like to use a bulb planter for my garden, and it did the job for me, however it is not very robust for heavy soilb but for the price it is okay.
