Lovely present for a gardener. A brilliant little tool that makes making a hole really easy. My garden gets planted up in no time at all now. Would recommend. You can also make a hole big enough to put in quite big plants and bulbs. Solid handle should last for years.

Too chunky. It's a bit too chunky. My preferred way to use it would be to have the stem between my index and middle finger but it is too big and I don't have small hands!

Solid Little Tool!. Absoslutely brilliant quality. Why hadn't I bought this earlier? Planted all my autumn bulbs with it in November. Solid workmanship can go through even hard soil. With proper care and usage, I think this solid little tool will last for quite some time.

Just buy it - it's invaluable to any gardener.. I have to show my ignorance as I wasn't entirely sure what a dibber was or what it was used for so I've possibly put it to the wrong use.Bought this because I have heavy clay soil and needed to plant small bulbs; I have a large unwieldy bulb planter but it is quite cumbersome and difficult to work with. This however is a delight, creating small accurate holes for bulbs to slot into.Ridiculously inexpensive and very well made why didn't I buy one of these years ago?
