“Bought this set and was eager to receive it. However the disappointment became apparent when I realised I couldn’t even get past setting up the pieces on the board. The pegs are far too short and end up slipping out as soon as you try to lay it down. And upon success, moving the board
on the desk even just the slightest caused the pieces to fall out instantly all over the floor. Frustrating.
The packaging is beautiful and fast shipping but ultimately the product doesn’t serve its purpose of being able to enjoy a game of chess. Can’t imagine bringing this as a travel set because it’s guaranteed the pieces will be lost. Emailed on the 3rd for a refund and return and still haven’t heard back after 4 days. Won’t be purchasing or visiting the site again, money is better spent elsewhere.”
