“Order form auto filled an old address from when I ordered from Jaques many years ago. I immediately emailed to give the correct delivery and was told it was my error, and it could not be changed because they use amazon to deliver.
So, I didn't receive my order. Amazon have left it 100s of miles away from where I live.”
