“Ordered for Christmas and it was then delivered to the wrong address. No picture of where it was delivered, and no neighbours seem to have it. Still not received the product and not heard back from Jaques.
This was a fault with the delivery partner, and I’m sure the product is good quality. But I don’t have the item to tell!”
“Cards themselves are fine but they have no individual boxes. Two packs arrive in a cardboard box which is just folded cardboard. Fine whilst they are new and sealed but not good once the cards are loose. Not practical and will not last well over time. I bought two sets as we sometimes play Samba. This system does not work well for that.”
