About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “Absolutely love the toys & games from Jacques. I originally bought the smaller fishing game with two rods and my son loved it. Have bought this larger version with four rods & slightly different fish etc. I'll purchase more as my son enjoys the cat/skittles tower game and the wooden bakery set. Quality is very good and the print and colours are detailed and vibrant Lots of vouchers to use which makes the process even better. Cheers Jacques team”

“Great fun game! Haven’t gifted it to granddaughter yet but my husband and I had a go, prior to wrapping it, to try it out! We think she is going to love it!”

“Bought for my daughter who is currently in hospital. This is a fun, tabletop, lap top game that enables her to be distracted from life on a ward and keeps her in a positive mindset. A lovely, fun, easy to play game.”
