About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “Can't comment on how it's been received as its a gift. However, this shop is excellent to deal with and the toys/games are excellent quality at good prices. I've bought from here before and the gifts are well received by the parents. It's also nice to support an independent business.”

“This is my first purchase from Jaques. Very disappointed as I have not been sent the game that I ordered. I have emailed jaques, and waiting for a reply. Hopefully this wil be corrected very soon, as bought for Christmas.”
