About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “Great fun and as is usual with Jacques toys it is very well made and is likely to last a long time even though it will be used a lot. Very happy with this purchase. “Lovely simple jigsaws suitable for an 18-month-old with a little help. Slightly disappointed that some of the pieces were a bit too tight and needed a really good wiggle to get them apart, but otherwise they're great quality!”

“Lovely product, very reasonable. I bought it for my 2 year old birthday. She needs a bit of help with it but it won't be long till she masters it herself. These come so beautifully wrapped and are a real treat to open I would recommend for anyone to try this place. It made me look up the history of the company as I'd never heard of them before surprisingly and it was so interesting, such A rich heritage and such care from every stage purchase through to receiving an item. Very quick delivery too.”
