About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. Why not come along for the trip with us!

Lovely toy, little one loved it but it was disappointing the figures were not as advertised - there was no diversity in the figures that came with the bus.

Bought this for my 20 month old grandson. He loves it. I chose this bus because I knew that it would be well made, and needs to be as he spends a lot of time trying to climb into it and sit on it! We've had a great time whizzing it along the floor as well. I'm sure that the interest in the figures will come later. I can see lots of opportuity for discussion around those, and also little maths activities. Very pleased with my purchase.

Brilliant toy bus. My 2 year old grandson loved playing with it, including actually sitting on top of it!

Poor quality. The compartment for the driver was broken. I cannot return it as that would mean my grandson going home without a Christmas present, so will try to fix it instead Very disappointed and would expect better of this brand.

It’s a beautiful thing - the only downside is how un-diverse the people inside the bus are. London is one of the most multi-cultural places in the world. Different races should be included in the characters on the bus
