“Nice gummies that I look forward to taking daily with no need for water.Easy to take, chew and digest.Impressive and balanced ingredients.Does contain sugar as the first ingredient.I have started on 1 a day, and will up to 2.It is a month's supply at 2 a day, but these will last me longer as I have started lower.I am sleeping noticeably longer and better with less waking up in the night.This means I feel so much better in the morning.I also love that these are 3rd party tested, which is something I look for in vitamins, so this would lead me to reorder these again.”

“I absolutely love these gummies!!They taste great, I take two before bed and they really do help me unwind and sleep well.I notice a big difference when I run out of the gummies, I am up through the night and not slept well so I really do rely on these. They work wonders!”

“I fell to sleep no problem but that wasn't an issue before I started taking them, the issue I had was staying asleep and so far these haven't worked. I might need to take them over a longer period of time, but at the moment they're not helping. Taste wise I didnt have a problem with in fact they reminded me of fruit pastels.”

“Really improved my sleep. Was worried by those reviews mentioning the horrible taste/smell, but maybe it was a spoiled batch or something? No smell, itâ€™s just a very sweet gummy, I kinda see it as my night time dessert”

“I tend to struggle with staying asleep rather than falling asleep. I ordered these following a 4am conversation with Chat GPT as I frantically asked for something that would help. I struggle with swallowing tablets so Magnesium Glycinate tablets were off the menu. I got these and didn't have much hope but since taking them I've noticed a massive difference in the quality of my sleep. I take 2 gummies approx an hour or two before bed, I fall asleep quickly as usual and haven't had many 3/4am wake ups since. They taste okay, not my favourite flavour but definitely not unpleasant. I highly recommend if you are struggling with broken sleep.”
