“I wasnâ€™t sure what to expect with these Calm Gummies, but Iâ€™ve been taking them every night for the past few weeks and honestlyâ€¦ they work. I feel noticeably more relaxed and i take them either in the evening to wind down or during the day if iâ€™m having a particularly stressful day.What I really like is the blend of ingredients, magnesium (from glycinate and citrate), B12, iodine, plus calming herbs like ashwagandha, lemon balm, and chamomile. Itâ€™s a great mix that doesnâ€™t make me feel groggy, just feel calm and relaxed. Also, they taste amazing (kind of like a fruity treat), so I actually look forward to taking them. I really like the coating as it feels like youâ€™re having a sweet treat! Flash back of my childhood.If you deal with stress, anxiety, or just need help calming down, Iâ€™d definitely give these a try.”

“These gummies are by far my favourite when it comes to taste. They remind me of blackcurrant fruit pastilles. I could easily eat more than the recommended dose of 2 a night! Obviously I wouldnâ€™t but they do taste really good. They have a good selection of ingredients and I can honestly say I have fallen asleep much faster since taking them. The only thing that is a negative for me is the price. They are Â£20 for 1 month supply normally which I feel is expensive. Currently they do have 50% off though which is much more affordable. I may have to stock up on them before the price changes back!!”

They do have a bit of a sour kick at first, but honestly, I quite like the flavour â€” itâ€™s tangy in a good way, not overpowering.The ingredients are impressive: magnesium glycinate (which is supposed to be good for relaxation and sleep), plus ashwagandha, glycine, lemon balm, chamomile, B12, and iodine â€” all things known for helping with stress and mood. “I was very excited when i saw these gummies and there is a noticeable difference. but i hate the taste and sugary appearance. i prefer the normal magnesium gummy flavour. i would buy again if the flavour changed.”

“These rather sugary 'health' supplements have an unusual taste, which is not quite masked by the added sugar. It is not unpleasant but I can see why not everyone would like them. As with any supplement, efficacity is largely subjective and I can't say that I would miss them if I stopped taking them. Maybe worth a go if you have trouble taking regular tablets, but with all the added sugar they might not be your best choice.”

“Tasty sweets as ever but doesn't include very much of the headline ingredients compared to others on the market. At the current price of Â£9 vs the RRP of Â£20 it's less of an issue but at full price I'd pass on these in favour of combining a full multivitamin with more concentrated sources of the missing ingredients.”

“Novomins does it again, another brilliant product.Packaged well, the taste is exceptional, not too sweet, no nasty after taste.Two gummies per day, they work absolute wonders for my ADHD daughter who will never stop moving, singing or overwhelming anxiety because something isnt in its usual place..Calmed her right down, took a few days of using the gunmies before we see a difference but they worked a treat”
