“Our boy has always been an awful sleeper, walking frequently and also early mornings Which were getting earlier (we're taking 4:30am!). In desperation, we went all in and started these gummies along with 'sleepy patches' and a rigid bedtime routine. The routine has fallen away a bit but we've maintained three use of the gummies and patches as there was a definite improvement in sleep. Last night, after about three weeks of consistency, he slept the whole night through and didn't wake up until 6:10am! Something is working, is it the gummies? Who knows? But we're definitely continuing with them.”

“Even though these have helped mildly so far we have seen a difference in the time it takes for our 6 year old to drift off, it usually takes aroubd 2 hours for him to switch off to and go to sleep and with these it's been taking less than an hour so definitely seen an improvement.”

“My child has asd and I could count in my hand the amount of full nyts sleep I've had since she's been born. I have tried everything but since starting these we still go to bed late but it's not a broken sleep. No wakening up at nyt or crying not wanting to sleep. Great to wind down and helping her concentrate better at school with a good sleep.”
