“It's not exactly a sleep improvement supplement. It has ingedients, that have calming properties, but nothing that is known for actually improving sleep quality. On the otherhand, it's a supplement for kids, so that might be a reasonable justification for this. However, as far as I know Lions mane supplements aren't harmful for kids, but have a lot of positive feedback as a sleep quality improvement supplement.”

“I thought I'd try these gummies out for my 3 and 5 year old.You get 30 in a pack so a months supply. They are suitable for 3 years plus.I was surprised that the gummies was quite hard as they are made for children however both my kids ate them fine and they both had a good sleep without waking up. I would say these seem pretty good and not too expensive just make sure your child chews them properly.”
