these are marketed as a sleep aid which is probably true once the person has been taking them a while they are vitamin/mineral tablets designed to help with magnesium levels

There's very little in them but maybe this is because they presume your child will be taking a morning multi-vitamin.There's nothing in the ingredients to suggest it will help sleep at all, but maybe the placebo effect kicks in if you tell your kids they do improve sleep.Gummies are on the harder side for 3-year-olds in my opinion, but it'll be dependent on the child. My 8yo was fine with it, but she's fussy anyhow and spat it out, despite saying it had a nice taste.£5 for a month supply - may be worthy of a test buy... anything that gets you and them more/better sleep is worth a go.

Novomins have been the first gummy vitamins that my 5 year old liked and takes eagerly (in fact, he’s asking for more after he takes 1 because he thinks they are just regular gummy bears), so we tried a few other kids vitamins in the range. My son often struggles to wind down before bed, so I was very excited when kids night time gummies were released. Of course they don’t contain anything that would actually make him sleepy, which I’m happy about as that means he can take them any time of the day and they just make sure he has all the required vitamins to help him calm down for the night. Overall I’m happy with this new Novomins vitamins and would highly recommend them!

My kids generally are thought to get to sleep, these are teens so I know body clock is different with this age group. However, they really do want to go to bed at a normal time as they know they will be tired for school so it’s not for want of trying, or about them going to bed late. They go to bed and are just not able to fall asleep. These seem to sometimes help, although I think a lot of that effect is a placebo, however I’m not sure I care! Anything that helps is good in my eyes. The packaging and ‘science’ language works for my teens, who do read and take in the information! Gone are the days I could spray ‘sleep potion’ on their pillows and see it work!!So on balance I do recommend, as apparently they taste great too!

These contain niacin, B6, B12, de-biotin, magnesium, chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, Acola cherry extract and L-Thea one. The amounts they contain are small. The most RDA is 50%. There is magnesium but it's only one percent. You have to be 3+ to have these, and you just take one. They do contain sugar in the form of glucose syrup, so you want to clean teeth after you've taken these. They appear to be originating from a London company with a branch in Dublin. There is a website. The print is very very small. They come hygiene sealed and they taste fine. On one hand, I'm not sure there's enough in here to do anything, but on the other they hopefully won't do any harm.

My boy (almost 5 years old) loves his morning gummies with vitamin d and omega and I am glad that the night one’s came out. He actually always asks for more and I have to hide the bottles. He never was keen on similar vitamins from other brands.Since he started the school in September, he woke up 4:45-5:15 every day, most of the time he felt overtired. Even in the morning he would complain that he is tired, he wasn’t able to fell asleep again or sleep longer. He is taking the night gummies just over a week now and he hasn’t woken up earlier than 6:30. It can be a miracle, but I m sure that it’s because of gummies. I have tried different things to make him sleep longer and nothing worked. Hope this effect will last and I will definitely will order more and recommend them!!Thank you Novomins for another great product!

Alright, these Novomins Kids Sleep Gummies are a total hit in my house. First off, they taste like little drops of heaven. Seriously, getting my kids to take them is no struggle because they're that delicious. How do I know... Because I tried one... Or two!But taste aside, they actually work like a charm. Bedtime has become way less of a wrestling match, and I'm not dealing with any morning grumpiness. The fact that they're vegan and gluten-free is a nice bonus for my peace of mind for being ethically sourced. The blend of magnesium, L-Theanine, and B12 seems to do the trick without knocking the kids out like some other sleep stuff does. So, it's a win-win – tasty and effective. If you're on the hunt for a sleep solution for your little ones, give these a shot. They might just become your bedtime heroes.

I can’t say that this had made any difference to his level of sleep. He has sensory needs-asd. He likes the taste of these despite not usually liking strawberries.Thanks.
