“My 3 year old daughter has never slept through the night. She’s full of life and energy and you’d think that she would after spending the day on the go; but she doesn’t. Until 5 days into taking these ‘bedtime gummies’. She loves the taste and sees it as a sweet treat. Night 4 she slept until 4am then joined us, then night 5, bam! The whole night long! She was so proud of herself and us of her to. Fingers crossed that it’s the start of much needed rest for us all! Will be buying them again!”

“These gummies are a great way to help your child get a better night's sleep. The tub contains 30 strawberry-flavoured gummies, which will last for 30 days as you take 1 a night. They are easy to chew and taste great. They are quite sweet so make sure your child eats them before brushing their teeth.These gummies contain Magnesium, L-Theanine and Vitamin B12, Vitamin B5, Glycine, Acerola Cherry Extract, L-Taurine and Vitamin B12. They don’t contain anything artificial and they’re gluten-free and suitable for vegans.Do they work? The answer is I don’t know! My 8-year-old is quite hyperactive and struggles to wind down at bedtime. He loves taking these gummies and since he’s been having them I have found some nights he goes off easier than others, so they may be working or it may be a coincidence. I certainly don’t see the harm in him having them though due to the vitamins they contain.If you are looking to try a sleep supplement for your child I’d say these are certainly worth a try. They even offer your money back if you are not satisfied!”

“I was looking for something to help my son (5 years old) with his sleep, as he is finding it hard to sleep through the night. He loved the routine of eating a gummy before bed, and as I told him these will help him sleep better he's been telling me he feel more rested. Although I'm not sure if it is a placebo effect, as I can't see anything in the ingredients suggesting it would help with sleep.In any case, the flavour is good and it is a good supplement. For the price, this is something I would recommend.”
