“I have been trying various supplements the past few months due to being run down and possibly the peri menopause. Since taking these gummies, my moods have been a lot calmer and less erratic. I like to think it's the gummies helping. I stopped taking everything else to get the full effect of these.The gummies are a good size, there are 60 in the bottle, and you can take up to two a day. The bottle comes with a foil seal that is easy to remove. They taste of strawberry. I find the flavour quite subtle and not overpowering. Overall, I think it's a good price.”

“I'd say us women would try anything to ease the effects of the menopause and if its as easy as chewing a gummy then I'm in..but on the upside these are really yummy I could eat more that 2 per day but have to stop myself..only been taking them a few days so can't comment on anything else apart from the taste..there's 60 in the jar so that's a months supply..Will let you know if any significant changes”

“My first impression of these gummies was that they are delicious, which is always a bonus. They also cover off a decent proportion of the necessary nutritional requirements for women pre and post menopause. They are however a little expensive, and could do with a higher dose of B6, hence 4 stars instead of 5.”

“Supplements in gummy form are becoming more and more popular, and I see this trend continuing.With gummies they are easy to consume anywhere anytime and more often than not have a pleasant taste. As such, I was pleased to receive these menopause gummies for my wife to trial.Per the photos with this review, the gummies come in a clear plastic tub that when first receive has a plastic wrap seal on lid and a foil seal on the neck of the tub under the lid.The tub we received has a BBE date of Aug 2025 â€“ which is just 6 months from time of order. This is a short amount of time and normally with supplements you can expect a BBE date of not less than 18 months.Per photos next to a 1p coin, the gummies themselves are fairly small in size.They have a really nice flavour to them. Like a summer fruits berry taste. Not too strong but pleasant.My wife has been taking for a few consecutive days now and have noticed no ill side effects.One additional point of note, bonus marks for this tub having a child safety push and screw lid. I have young children and I would not want them to find this and think it was normal sweets and to be able to open.”

“A fabulous tasting, strawberry flavoured gummie that's been shaped into the appearance of a little bear.60 gummies in total, so each pot gives me just under a month's supply when taken at the recommended ratio of two per day.This works out to be excellent value for money when you also take into account the vast amount of added vitamins and minerals that's been included in the formula.Easy to take...these gummies are easily chewable and don't end up sticking in my teeth.No noticeable menopause symptoms this month since taking but then again I don't really suffer badly with the menopause anyway. it's more to keep on top and replace the vitamins etc I am lacking due to the menopause.Would highly recommend ðŸ‘Œ”

“Tried these for about 2/3 weeks, not nearly enough time to make a clear statement on whether they work well or not for their intended purposes. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking them as I developed dreadful palpitations about a week into taking them.I decided to stop for a while to see if the palpitations ended, which they did so I tried taking them again only for the palpitations to begin again with the additional discomfort of a rise in my heart rate.They tasted quite good however and were softer than expected to chew, I rather expected a wine gum texture but they were more jelly than gummy.As a side note, I would suggest that you carefully check the ingredients before you consider purchasing these.”
