Nice tasting but very little in way of affect. My wife's not sleeping better, still feels hot at times and only mildly feels better overall. They are easy to east, with a lovely taste just not overly effective or cheap.

So, I've been trying these Menopause Gummies from Novomins, and honestly, they're pretty good. They're strawberry flavoured, which itself is like having a little treat, so it makes remembering to take them much easier. They're gummies, so they're soft and chewy, so they are easy to swallow. What I like about these is that they seem to actually work quite well. A couple of gummies a day and I've noticed a definite improvement in some of my menopause symptoms. Like, I'm not as tired all the time, and I feel a bit more balanced overall. They’ve got a bunch of stuff in them, like Vitamin B6, which they say helps regulate hormone activity, and B12 for energy. They also have Vitamin C for collagen which, you know, starts to decline during this time. Oh, and they have wild yam, which is supposed to be a natural source of phytoestrogens – basically, that’s plant-based oestrogen-like compounds. I noted that it’s a doctor-formulated blend, according to the label. They're vegan, non-GMO, and halal, which is a plus if that’s something you look for. They don’t have any artificial colours or preservatives either. I think the formula is pretty solid, and if they added some probiotics, it’d be even better. Overall, I’ve been happy with them and would recommend them to anyone going through menopause. My Rating Scale⭐ Not recommended.⭐⭐ Consider other options before this one.⭐⭐⭐ A decent product, I'll keep it in mind.⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great product, high on my list.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding product, my top choice.

These are a tub of fruity multivitamins. The tub contains strawberry flavoured teddy bear shaped gummies. You get 60, and they are 2 a day, so this is a 1 month supply. The gummies are recommended for menopause, and contain a range of vitamins and probiotics to help with health and menopause symptoms. The gummies are currently £8.99 with 10% off. They are much easier to take than taking tablets or capsules. They have no artificial colours, they are vegan and cruelty free, so if they are within your budget, I would recommend them.

A delicious supplement to start your day, they have a beautiful juicy flavour and the biggest problem is restricting yourself to only two gummies a day. They are full of important vitamins and minerals and are delightful way to start your day.

These are described as being for menopause but of course anyone could take them if desired, they just have specific nutritional elements that are designed to support women during this period of their life. They come in a tub with plastic security wrapper around the lid and you get 60 gummies in all. As the brand recommends a daily serving to require 2 gummies, the tub would last 30 days. I think the price (standard retail listed at £6.99 at the time of writing) is reasonable enough for a month’s supply. You get a good range of healthy goodness included in these. It includes some of your more basic, general vitamins like C, D, B6, B12, and A. Most of these are a lower strength but still check with anything else you’re taking so you don’t overdo anything. Then there are more women-friendly things like folic acid, Biotin, zinc. Then extras like botanicals that you don’t often tend to see like tribulus terrestris extract (never even heard of it), sage leaf, maca powder. There’s also ashwagandha, plus a few lactobacillus to act as a probiotic. This large range should support general health plus more specific aspects, like metabolism, blood glucose, hair/skin/nails, cognitive function, hormone balance, energy levels, even vaginal dryness that can affect some during the menopause. The gummies are round and strawberry flavoured. They’ve a nice consistency to chew and I quite like the sweet fruity flavouring so it has been easy adding these to my daily supplement routine. They’re not sugary, only a teeny tiny bit chalky at first, and are faux berry flavour without being overpowering or too sweet. It’s good to know these are healthy and more ethical, so there’s no GMO, no artificial colours, no gluten, they’re “dr formulated”, and they’re also vegan for those to whom this applies.I have no downsides with these and I get a good vibe from the brand and all the info they provide to explain what’s in the supplement. I really like the varied mix included and the wide nutritional bas.
