“Lovely flavour and texture so much easier to swallow than huge vitamin tablets, but most importantly people have commented how lovely my skin and hair are. My skin is glowing. Edit - I'm on my second batch now because the whole family keep nicking them.”

“I had to exceed the daily dose in order to work. I took 4-6 gummies per day. I stopped use it because it quite expensive.”

“These did taste great, however they gave me really bad, deep, cystic acne. I stopped taking them and the acne went away, I started them again and it came back, so it was definitely them. While I was taking them I saw no difference in my hair/skin/joints, so it wasn't worth the acne!”
