“I'll be honest, I've only been taking these for four or five days so far, but my skin looks amazing! I've always had red patches on my cheeks, not overwhelmingly noticeable to anyone but me, but still I hate them. They've faded to almost nothing.Since hitting my thirties I've also had quite a lot of hormonal acne that won't budge. Probably exacerbated by wearing a mask. That too has nearly all gone?!I've also been suffering with a stiff sore neck/shoulder for about a year, which is now at a level that I'm not permanently uncomfortable. I look forward to seeing what otger benefits are felt after a few weeks of these.Full disclosure; I ordered turmeric capsules on the same order, and have been taking one of those a long with two collagen gummies. I feel great though and will definitely repurchase both.”

“These vitamins actually do taste nicer than a lot of other vitamins I have tried. Unfortunately I have yet to see any visible changes to my skin or appearance but I will keep taking them.”

“This is my 3rd bottle of these since I turned 40 in Feb. Taking them in the hope my skin has some elasticity. Although my adult acne isn't any better I have noticed my nails are stronger, grow quicker, I've always had very thick hair but it's growing so much quicker. Hence I'm in bad need of a hairdresser coming out of lockdown haha! Not a bad thing though. Taste is good..... texture is soft like a jelly baby. Dont make you gag and are actually quite pleasant to take. I'm on 2 a day with breakfast and can see I'll order each month simply to strengthen my nails if anything.”

“I got these in Feb .... umm can't really say it made much of a noticeable difference for me to mention. But I've noticed since I started taking these and the vitamin D gummies my hair has started falling out lot..... They taste fine though.”
