“I take these biotin gummies with the PMS gummies and both together are amazing I have PCOS and use to suffer wit acne on my chin area but as soon as I take these it clears up I had a break from them for a few weeks and had to re order as I could tell the difference when not taking them!!! Definitely recommend as a duo my skin is amazing”
