“I love these, I have a blood disorder and regularly take antidepressants which have left me really sleepy. Within a week of taking these after struggling for a month the brain fog is gone and I have my energy back. It’s amazing how much they increase my iron as well without effort and no fibre high foods irritating my stomach. My partner started taking them with me and felt like he had more energy. Will definitely continue to take these. They are easy to remember as they are quite pleasant in taste. I only wish they were cheaper.”

“I absolutely love this product. I have extreme trouble taking tablets and anything with an 'iron' flavour makes me very nauseous. This is a problem as I have endometriosis and bleed heavily.Add to that being vegan and it's even more difficult to find a suitable product.I've tried so many different tablets and liquids and these are the only ones I truly don't have a problem taking. You cannot taste the iron in them at all. They just taste like strawberry gummies.The only downside is that each gummy is only 2.5mg of iron. That means I have to use 5-6 gummies a day to get the recommended amount for women of 14mg (would be less for men), meaning it's certainly not a months supply or even close. If you got more for the price then they are absolutely worth it but as much as I love them I'm not sure if I can afford to continue buying them”

“My second purchase of this product and I genuinely love it. Gummies taste lovely, so the problem is to stick to the recommended dose and not go full on Haribo mode.With some iron supplements constipation is a common side effect, but haven’t had this issue with these gummies.Overall very happy with this product”

“I give these to my 5 and 8 year old. One a day. Given the amount of iron is 2.5mg per gummy I see no reason not too! They enjoy them and we do too!Taste is good and I don’t seem to get bunged up at all”
