“I was sceptical about buying these, the reviews looked good so thought why not, I need something to help! I have tried powders before and they just caused allsorts of issues. Within a couple of days my bloating went down and has helped make me regular, I swap between taking one or 2 a day as sometimes 2 can be a bit much. Very pleased with how these have helped.”
