“These gummies give you 4mg of fibre. This is a comparable active dose to other fibre supplements like water mixable powders. They also taste nice with an orange flavour - much more convenient to take as well.The fibre here comes from something called inulin. These gummies also provide additional vitamins and minerals.I take fibre supplements to help keeping things moving and regular as i am currently on a low carb diet.Of course it is difficult to assess how effective these will be unless tested over a prolonged period but they certainly provide the amount of fibre needed. I will try to report back if there are any issues.Good value at Â£10 for 30 doses. Shelf life is +2yrs. -Overall happy to recommend.”

“This is definitely one of the nicer tasting sources of fibre Iâ€™ve had in my time and my new go-to! The packaging feels and looks very premium and the taste is so nice I have to refrain from eating more than 2 at a time! You get a decent amount in a bottle so this will last me a while.”

“My diet wouldn't be the best and I can admit that, so with my diet being poor I find that sometimes it can be a struggle to go to the toilet. I tried these gummies out to see if they worked and after 1 day I was going to the loo. I am now on these for over a week and I am actually going regularly which is amazing and I feel great!”

“I have been on Iron tablets from the doctor and I have found that I have been struggling to go to the toilet, they actually recommended to take fibre tablets or gummies and I seen that Novomins launched their fibre gummies so I thought I would give it a whirl and omg within a day I was going no problem. Now I am quite regular and it is definately down to these gummies so BIG thumbs up from me”
