“These fibre gummies by Novomins taste great and are easy to take. These good quality gummies contain 4000mg of fibre which works out as 4 grams per serving. The reccomend amount is approximately 25g of fibre and day for women and 38g for men so these gummies help to achieve that. Fibre has great health benefits and is very effective. This jar is a good size and the gummies have a nice texture. Overall im pleased with these fibre suppliments.”
