“I have taken these for 2 months to give them a fair chance but I can’t say they were particularly effective for me. In comparison to other fibre gummies they taste great though! Added little boost of vitamins which is good.”

“Definitely feeling less bloated and bowels working better It has taken just over 2 weeks but Definitely starting to feel the benefits. I have tried numerous fibre replacement products and gummies and these are the only ones that have worked for me.”
