“Bought for my teenage daughter who was suffering from debilitating anxiety. Found the daytime ones first which were amazing and added these into her routine. Whilst she has needed other support alongside, she and I have noticed a massive difference in her levels of anxiety by taking these. Would much rather she have these than a prescribed medication. GP prescribed her beta blockers, she didn’t get on with them but willingly takes these. Would highly recommend.”
