“I usually review straight away but, as these are suppliments, I thought I'd wait til I'd finished them. These are brilliant! I bought them to help me sleep and to help with anxiousness and they have really done the trick. The only drawback is they are quite weak so I have to take 2 at night before bed and then 2 throughout the day as well so they don't last very long. That being said, I'm about to go and buy a second bottle They taste delicious too!”

“I keep them by my bed and take 2 if I cannot sleep. They really work! I am relaxed and asleep before I know it! Definatley recommend.”

“First time every trying something like this. I've always been a sleeper who wakes up on/off through the night but thought it was just me and the norm. I decided to try these due to not being a morning person and with my partner moving around a lot at night, I felt my quality of sleep suffered a little more.I've literally taken 1 a night since Saturday and I already feel the difference. The dose should be 2, but I'm already happy with just 1. I got a better nights sleep and I was jumping out of bed and ready to go. Only put 2 & 2 together this morning while at work because I wasn't flagging or my normal grumpy self. Going to keep taking without a doubt.”
