“I was having terrible trouble sleeping - waking up in the middle of the night and having trouble getting back to sleep. It was partly due to the menopause.I was sceptical about trying these but I was so desperate I was willing to trying anything. They have transformed my sleep. I only take one before bed and sleep through the night and wake up feeling rested. The taste nice and I'm delighted with them. “Value for moneyEffectiveGreat tasteBit of a story, but I was suffering with serious anxiety and panic, mainly health anxiety and constantly observing myself, constant doctor check ups plenty of emergency room visits.I was put on sedative antidepressants that also worked on anxiety. After some time I come over the health anxiety. And started to feel normal-ish. The side effects of antidepressants were just too much. Had huge weight gain. Tired and fatigued constantly. The list really goes on. So after some time I had enough and wanted to just stop. Well, then had ridiculous withdrawal symptoms from stopping. And could kind of feel myself going back into an anxious state. So I decided to go natural. I had heard of 5htp but never really considered & trust me when I say this it’s an actual game changer. I understand things like this are really based on the person and your body. But for this absolutely changed everything. Completely stopped my withdrawals and short term increase in anxiety, I feel so calm, but yet awake and fresh. If you’re struggling with mental health and do not like the idea of medication please consider this. I was really against meds for most of my life. I never like the idea of curing a mental illness with medication. But this is natural. And the side effects are so minimal. At first it’s a bit weird, and doesn’t really feel right but after a couple days to weeks you will feel literally like a new person!”

“Ive had trouble sleeping for years, used to be a nurse, stopped A&E and general and went on to Psyche... Did month of nights on, week off then month of days on then week off then back on to nights, since then and since the birth of my now 18 and 17 year olds I haven't slept properly since, even got prescribed meds for insomnia but they made me ill. A doctor mentioned seratonin levels but not being able to see a doctor in person at present I decided to try these. Not gonna lie, the taste is naff but I've tasted worse so not gonna complain about that, they give me bad heartburn and I felt sick on the immediate 3 times trying, I'm going to carry on for another week... I feel tired, but tbh that could be the flu, the fact I'm already tired and just feeling it more, it could be the gummies... Or they could just be a placebo... We'll see, if they end up doing absolute zilch I'll update....”

“Very happy with these gummies, flavour is great and they actually made me look forward to taking my vitamins in the morning! Went back to tablets when I finished this container and it just doesn’t feel the same (and I keep forgetting to take them!). Will be going back to these delicious gummies soon!(Also, if you track your calorie intake, these are very low in calories and won’t mess up your total very much - 20 calories for 2 gummies)”

“I had issues with sleep, falling asleep wasn't the problem but staying asleep was.I found these Gummies, read all the reviews and decided to give them a chance.First i took 2 Gummies, as stated in the instructions half an hour before going to bed. They are tasty and easy to chew. They work from 1st take. I slept full night with waking up just once where before I would wake up every few hours. I woke up refreshed and ready to face the day.I took 2 each night before going to bed for about a week and they were working fine.Then I've reduced to taking 1 Gummie which also worked well.Now I will only take 1 every other day and on the days that I don't take it I sleep well.I would recommend them to anyone who has issues with staying asleep.”

“The flavour is good and they are soft and chewy. Nice texture to them. Don't really feel like they help with sleeping maybe with extended use to build up in your system as such. Might be different with different people though.”

“I love these gummies they are so tasty and they've helped me sleep which is a big thing for me as I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia so I really need my sleep but also have trouble sleeping but since I've been eating these gummies by sleeping patterns are alot better I would definitely recommend this item and I've ordered more gummies from novomins too.”

“Okay I’ll be honest they taste really good and do make me tired and I sleep really, really well when I take them.HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE if you are taking SSRI’s (like sertraline) these do NOT mix well!!! I suggest you research before buying and ensure that the medication you are taking will be fine with this. I take sertraline and after a while I began to feel totally manic and extremely depressed and felt absolutely insane. I had no idea why I was feeling this way until I went through everything that changed in my life one by one with my doctor. Come to find out 5-HTP is contraindicated with sertraline, as it is converted into serotonin in the brain. So taking a medication that increases the sensitivity to serotonin and then taking something that provides EVEN MORE serotonin causes adverse effects - called serotonin syndrome.So I can’t personally say whether or not this would be great for someone not on SSRI medications...I mean it tastes great and I sleep really well... However IF you are on a SSRI or any other psych medication PLEASE do your research before buying this.”
