“These gummies are pleasant to eat and not too expensive compared to some other brands. They seem to help me sleep. I definitely notice when I run out of them. The main benefit I find from this brand over other similar ones is the gummies themselves are less sticky. They come out of the bottle easily, don’t gum up your hands and are easy to chew. I’ve tried a few different brands and these are by far the best. Some other brands just clump together in the bottle and you can’t get the damn things out. These are very convenient. I also take their Ashwaghanda gummies in the morning, and they are just as good.”
