“They’re so yummy I wished I could have more! Don’t take them daily-used to take me forever to fall asleep but not with these yummies! No weird groggy feeling like with nytol or melatonin the next day. Absolutely recommend it to anyone who has issues sleeping.”

“Taste lovely, just unsure about the whole sleep thing as took them for a couple weeks at recommended dosage and not noticed any significant improvement in sleep, your better just getting an early night and turning the screens off, however it seems it works miracles for others so it doesn’t hurt to try”
