“The smell is horrible but dont be fooled, it tastes much better than smells. And overall I liked the taste, it's not the best but it's good enough and I like it enough to have my vitamins everyday. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a fun way to take their vitamins.”

“I have given these three stars as I have not noticed any real changes to anything, I hope they do help others as advertised but they do not seem to be doing anything for me. I am using them as directed. They taste okay, easy to use and seem to be of a reasonable quality of production. I have not noticed any difference in my energy levels or sleep quality, maybe I just do not need them?”

“This has some great ingredients included: Ashwagandha and Selenium to mention two. It's gluten free and non-GMO, all good stuff. The taste is good enough although I will mark it down for it in the downside. The packaging is great looking, very professional labelling with the cap being well embossed - presumably for the visually impaired so that they can open the bottle easier. It's a great all-rounder and I would recommend.Downside: it's overly sweet and the strawberry taste is not obvious. Plus it uses Vit D2 when I prefer D3I can recommend 100%”

“These taste much better than adding the resin to a drink, also taking 2 gummies rather than messing around with the sticky resin is so much more convenient. They also contain ashwagandha which is great for a clear mind.These are also vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and gelatin-free, which is great for anyone following that diet.Â£9.99 for this strength of Shilajit in the form of a gummy for one monthâ€™s supply is great value for money.Some additional info on Shilajit from my own personal findings are below:Iâ€™ve been using Shilajit resin for a while now, switching to these gummies I have noticed a sustained improvement to my mood and energy levels the same as when I was taking the resin, so Iâ€™m happy the dose gives me the same benefits as the resin.
