“Taken these a while, double dosed as I'm a big lad, but honestly can't say anything either way after taking day and night. Don't feel more energetic or any physically better or different before trying them. Taste wise they are a bland sweet strawberry flavour, easy to chew and dissolved ok. After not feeling anything either way at a double dosage can't add a pro or con for me personally, tried them, that's it”

“These shilajit gummies have a nice strawberry flavour and a nice texture as well. It seems like a good quality product. I am still fairly new to taking shilajit, so I am not sure yet about the effectiveness of it as a supplement, but so far, so good, and I am happy to continue to take it daily and see how it goes. No negatives so far. It also contains ashwagandha, which I know can help regulate sleep as well as stress levels.I think for the list price at the time of ordering (Â£9.99) these are decent value and worth your consideration if you are interested in the potential health benefits.”

“My partner takes both Shilajit with Ashwagandha, usually individually, so these are great for getting both supplements in one.They come a big screw top bottle and contain 60 gummies at a recommended dosage of two per day, so a month supply.He says they taste ok, as shilajit in particular has an odd taste, so taking them in flavoured gummies form is easier and nicer than using the resin, and much less faff.”
