“These are easy to take but you need to take two a day so it works out quite expensive. I think I’ve noticed a slight improvement in energy/mood.”

“These do exactly what they say on the tub! I prefer the gummy ones, as I take medication that means that some vitamins don't get absorbed properly. These are super chewy (and for some they may be too sticky, so bare this in mind if you have false teeth or plates), but it means that you keep them in your mouth for a long time. I find that I don't need 2 every day, and some days I only take 1. They have really helped me with sleep, but also with my digestion, which is an added bonus.”
