“Nice taste, soft and easy to chew.Fairly low dose at the RDA strength. So take one every day. However can work out a bit expensive this way.”

“I love that it feels like you are just eating a fruity jelly sweet and that it is GMO free. I normally use a skin spray Magnesium supplement. Because it is in the form of Magnesium Citrate I did notice the laxative effect after the first 3 weeks so will take every other day in my next month's course.”

“BLUE LIGHT after A.M hours (with all the LED blue spectrum Lights everywhere and the blue light emitted from computers, tablets, phones, t.v's etc...is it any wonder we have more people than ever struggling to get to sleep! These are given to my granddaughter...who struggles to settle at night...but there was a noticeable difference when she had one of these gummies approximately 10 minutes before bedtime/lights out. We know they work because we ran out by mistake and the old problem returned. Highly recommended.”
