“I'm on my second month's supply and so far so good. The flavour is nice and they're softer than your usual gummy so very easy to chew and swallow. I needed to take magnesium supplements but the tablets you can get are really large and I cannot swallow them due to a problem with my oesophagus so these were a result for me. I'd definitely recommend them.”

“Used this for my adult child who suffers from anxiety and due to her autism and severe cognitive difficulties, hasn't learned how to swallow pills/tablets yet. My daughter is happy to take this on a daily basis and I believe it is helping her reorganising and strenghtening her nervous system.”

“If you compare what you get for the price you pay to other brands, you’ll soon realise you can get much more for your money elsewhere. Also the texture of these gummies are pasty and I find myself chewing and chewing because they won’t break down so when I’m swallowing they get stuck in my throat. Switched to my original brand from H&B.”
