“I have fibromyalgia and get terrible heavy legs as well as restless leg . These has made a big difference. I’m not saying they are a miracle cure but they are really worth trying . Don’t give up after a few weeks give them time to build up in your system”

“More concerned that this is not a safety bottle, as the gummies look and taste like jelly sweets. Taken for cramp in legs and feet, for both myself and also ordered for my 96 yr old father. I have not had cramp since taking, slower easing for my Dad - but will keep taking (10 days so far)”

“I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and have been getting very painful leg pains and cramps that were affecting my sleep. After realising my pregnancy vitamins do not have magnesium in them, and having done my research, I realised I must be lacking magnesium. I am very bad with tablets, struggle to swallow them, so these gummies caught my eye and did not disappoint! Lovely tasty, easy to chew and after 2/3 days I noticed a difference in my quality of sleep and leg pains. Will be buying another tub!”
