“I went for a jog and took one before and one in the middle. Worked quite well however my heart was beating VERY quickly which probably isn’t healthy. Would still recommend.”

“Currently selling for just under £8, these vegan "energy" gummies contain a good mix of vitamins and I'm using them to replace whatever previous brand of multivitamins I was taking each day. I can't say that I've noticed any difference in my health from shifting from one brand to another, but I definitely do notice it if I stop taking them and so I'd say that I can feel their efficacy just by the fact that my alertness etc hasn't dipped when I switched to using them.I hate raspberry so this isn't a flavour I'd choose of my own accord, but the consistency of the gummy is good and firm enough. I can't see that these would particularly give you an energy boost other than if you were starting from a position of not supplementing any of the vitamins in these gummies, but at the current price for a month's supply they're as competitive as anything else I was taking, and if I liked the raspberry taste I would think about buying them again.”
