“These smell and taste ok. They are teddy shaped gummies and you take 2 a day and should last 30days. Tasty way to get some energy and vitamins. It does give you a boost if taken daily but not that much that you can go zooming up a mountain.WHAT I don't like about them is when you chew them they stick to your teeth so I initially bite and then suck on them until dissolved so I don't get them stuck in the teeth. Not bad price at currently £6.99 and a 10% off voucher.”

“Let's face it, gummies are a lot nicer to take compared to tablets or pills or anything you need to mess around and mix with water. They are simple and convenient to take (suggested 2 max per day). With 60 in the plastic bottle that's like 30 days. Personally i don't have them every day, just on afternoons when work is beginning to drag in some way (which is quite a few times per week at this time of year).The flavour is nice and they dissolve nicely in your mouth, if you can resist chewing them straight away. In my opinion these are good value for money (£6.99 at the time of this review).”

“If you are more used to the very high energy caffeine and similar based gels and shakes (especially those that taste pretty rough and give you face tingles!) then these won't seem as effective, as was the case with my partner (though he still noticed a boost), but if like me you avoid those then you will definitely notice a good boost to your energy levels and stamina so these are definitely worth trying, especially as they are pretty tasty and also incredibly good value for 30 days worth so would thoroughly recommend and get again at this price for myself and have saved them to my Amazon shopping list for when they run out.”

“These energy gummies come well packaged and sealed, so you know they’re fresh and safe.They’re quite chewy, which I’m not a fan of texture wise but they taste good and not too strongly flavoured. They’re quite sweet though and do contain quite a lot of sugar. It’s nice that they’re vegan and gluten free though.They come with a good mix of vitamins and minerals, although annoyingly there’s a label pasted over the amounts so I’m not sure what I’m actually getting without looking at the Amazon listing.You get 1 month supply, so they’re good value for money.I got these for a bit of an energy boost as caffeine doesn’t really work on me in that way (due to ADHD). I haven’t noticed much of a boost so far, but it’s a nice and easy way to get more B12 which is always needed.Overall, they’re a good way to get some essential vitamins and I’m happy with them, even if they don’t give that caffeine-like boost.”

“I am always willing to try this type of item as someone who tries to look after their health. I can not really notice any difference in my overall health but I have to admit the gummies have a very nice taste.Easy to chew and tasty so no hardship to take everyday.Two gummies are recommended everyday to get the full nutrients (1 month supply). I appreciate this may be a little expensive for many families and I am not sure it is something I would do in the future.”

“I wanted to try these as I quite often feel tired and can have an energy slump during the day. There are 60 gummies and as you have to take 2 a day this bottle contains a month's supply. I liked them when I read the ingredients as often energy giving supplements can have a high level of caffeine which I didn't want. The taste is fine as is the texture - they don't require a lot of chewing and you can swallow them easily. For the money I think they're good value for what you get.”

“Helps get more out of training - I used to believe in fasted training, but have found that can lead to headaches and a sort of post-activity hangover; now prefer to use these gummies to start the day and get more out of my training. Better effort levels and concentration, and better recovery.”
