“Got this product for my daughter, works really well for her. Takes it in the evening and helps with her sleep also. She’s low in magnesium so this product is great for what she needs.”

“Someone mentioned to me about their children taking magnesium, which had calmed them down and helped them sleep better. My 9 year old son is a little off the wall sometimes and has occasional 'tics'. He is prone to waking very early in the morning, even if he's tired and/or had a late night. I'd hoped this might settle things. I don't think we've seen any changes in behaviour or sleep patterns... possibly minuscule?? He likes the taste - as does my other child - so we'll continue to take them for a while longer.”

“My son who is 10 is very fussy however he did enjoy taking these gummies for a period of time (a few months) ….but after a while he says he doesn’t like the flavour, I have this problem with other brands. I have tried the gummies and I think the flavour is nice. I would recommend to others to try for themselves”

“My son has been using magnesium for a while to help him to settle if a night. The ones he was taking were powdery and he didn’t like the texture. He loves these though. He’d stop taking the others and was back to being kept up with negative thoughts and keeping me up talking about them. I got him these and he loved them. He even reminded me to order more when he was running out. We’re all sleeping much better and he’s worrying less. He’s even going better at school because he’s not as tired.”
