“I’ve been using the Magnesium Gummies with my little boy who is 5. He has always struggled with his emotions since reaching 3 resulting in lots of anger and frustration when something didn’t go his way. It was like a red mist would descend and I couldn’t reason with him. Since hearing about Magnesium deficiency in children and the benefits of children taking magnesium supplements toward mood and sleep he has been like a different child. Even though the bottle said I wouldn’t see any effects straight away I felt I did after a few days. He has been amazing since taking them and we have the fun factor back in our family where before everything would just result in a meltdown . They are so easy for him to take just one daily at breakfast time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is in the same boat .”
