“Since we started taking these (30 days + now) I have seen a huge improvement in my 3 year olds sleep. These appear to have been the missing part to what has been a really tricky 12 months of sleep. But I’m absolutely certain these have helped ! They are small and easy to chew - we call them Teddy bear one a days and my 3 year old loves taking them ! Highly recommend”
