“Nice flavour and stop morning muscle cramps.....not strong enough for constipation.Daily dose is approx 300mg elemental magnesium, 2 of these gummies provides 160mg.”

“Giving it 3 starts because I didn't notice any difference in my child's sleep. I don't blame the product, I think it is good (tasty, well packaged), but rather the overall hype about magnesium. It seems totally overrated.”

“Gave it a try. I was so excited to get them in as I had read up on these and an adhd Facebook page I’m on people highly recommend these gummies, I was unsure after reading the reviews on here but I gave them a go and they are absolutely not working for us :(I wish I could get my money back. The amount of energy he gets from these is insane. I forgot to give him it yesterday and he had a great day. Since taking them a week ago we had noticed at night he had higher energy levels and the only thing that’s changed is adding the gummies to his diet I gave it a week tonight was enough, he loves them but I can’t go through that again so they’re gone. It obviously works for some people and that’s great it didn’t for us.”
