“I've been using these for my children for the last 6 months, they have really helped with our night time routine.It took a few weeks to start working properly but please persevere with it.I have tried a few different types and these are the best I've found.”

“My daughter wasn’t sleeping well at all and having night terrors most nights, it’s taken 2-3 weeks of taking the magnesium to notice a difference but the last few nights she has pretty much slept though and thankfully no night terrors for the last 2 or so weeks! She calls them her teddy tablets as they are shaped like teddy bears and she said they are super yummy!”
