“My daughter has been taking them for little over a week so it is most likely too soon to tell However I’ve paired it with the L-theathine gummies and she does appear to be calmer in the evenings. She really loves the taste so getting her to have them isn’t an issue!”

“Great! My 7yo was an extremely restless sleeper, resulting in him being a nightmare in the mornings. Since taking magnesium gummies just before bed time, he appears to sleep with less restlessness meaning he is less tired in the mornings. Combined with also takeing the l-theanine in the morning he is doing much better.”
