“My son has been having these for about 6 months. He is autistic and struggles with over stimulation ans meltdowns alot. We had been recommended magnesium and done my research and came across these....we have noticed a massive difference with him and rhis is the only thing we had changed. There was a 2 week period where he didn't have any for various reasons and my goodness we noticied how much these rally do help!”

“My almost 4 year old has been taking these a week now. The last 4 nights heâ€™s slept all night 7-7. Falling asleep faster and calmer & heâ€™s not waking up 2/3 times in the night like he used to for a week. Son takes them no problem and thinks they are sweets! My only thing I think needs improving is the lidâ€¦ deffo not child proof as my son can open them, so just keep them locked away or up high!”
