“So I read reviews online before buying something to help my eight Yr old daughter sleep. I was confused because the bottle says helps with tiredness and fatigue which is the opposite but alot of the reviews said they helped their children fall asleep! She really struggles to settle and will be awake until all hours. After reading reviews I was hopeful but they didn't help with sleep at all for her. They had the opposite effect she seems more awake and alive more energy. That is what the bottle says though so I think if your child needs a boost and help with concentration these will be good for you. They did not help with sleep like the reviews said not for my daughter anyway.”
